LOAFER AND CO
Loafer & Co bakes all their bread using locally and responsibly grown grains and other raw materials. They use ancient techniques such as sourdough to bake a lot of their bread types using different combinations of grains. They also have a gluten-free seeded loaf regularly on their menu.
